THE WATCHER IS…
That which is as near as breath,
Ever present and attentive
Unattached to human chaos
Non-judgmental by its very nature
In its ability to seek
Meaning, Direction, Connection
and Feeling;
Not to justify or measure events
according to right and wrong
But, without preference,
Appreciate being informed by resonance,
and those inclinations that excite and attract us
toward greater unity, awareness, and interaction.
As we know, it is the nature of things and energy
to be attracted or repelled,
which is the basic alchemy within polarity
The watcher offers a precious gift…
To observe and know
that being in a state of loving attention,
toward the pain of any experience
will allow such pain to dissolve, heal
and become more deeply understood.
All mental and emotional “suffering” is a choice,
whether conscious or unconscious.
The Watcher is able to accept Being
with what simply is.
It see’s life like a movie.
It remains neutral like that of a movie screen,
Where it can see what is being displayed
but is not identified with the scene or drama.
To watch is not to deny, ignore,
be indifferent or bypass.
It is to get closer to the nature of what is;
To feel the dance and meaning behind the unified field
and to experience compassion for All That Is.
The Watcher can only be engaged when I am still.
It is like a mother goose
watching her babies grow, play,
and discover their environment…
ever watchful and available,
but for the most part, not interfering
until the day when the babes reach their independence
and become the watchers.
Always and everywhere, remember yourSelf!
That Self which observes
beyond the drama of the ego’s intellect
and the opinions of others.
